The size chart template tool lets you create personalised size charts for your shop in no time. You simply choose the right template for your item, add the relevant measurements, and then assign the size chart to your products.
To learn how to create your size chart, check out size chart creation video or follow the written steps below:
-
In the left panel of your Sizefox Admin dashboard, click on Size Charts
-
Click on Create New
-
Then choose the option that best suits your garment type, or pick the Top Generic or Bottom Generic options if you do not find your exact garment type
-
In the next screen, add a title and a description
-
Confirm the gender and the measurement type (body or product dimensions)
-
Confirm the correct measurements units of the size chart
-
Add or remove the required column for your sizes
-
if needed, add the relevant lines to provide additional measurements (sleeve length, inseam, etc.)
If your garment follows the standard XS, S, M, L, XL system, you will only add the minimum mandatory measurements:
-
Chest and hips dimensions for upper body items
-
Waist and hips dimensions for lower body items
If you use a different size system, please use the “Display sizes” field.
Here is an example:
Please note:
-
The M cannot be deleted. Our matching system requires a value equivalent to M in the size chart to provide recommendations.
-
If you are using the “Display sizes” field, note that the letter sizes will never be displayed to your clients on the Sizefox widget.
-
We only accept consecutive values. You can have S, M, L, but not S, M, XL.
If you need further help on which measurements to add to your size chart, please refer to this article.
Secondary size chart:
Please note that our size recommender also supports items with 2 separate sizing elements (e.g.: trousers width and length), and can therefore make recommendations in the form of: “Your size is 34 / Regular” or “Your size is L / Short”.
To do this, please enter your secondary sizes.
After entering all your product dimension into the size chart, click save to proceed to assigning products to your new size chart.
